Worcester County is seeking Bids from licensed marine contractors for
George Island Landing – Replacement of Boat Ramp, Bulkhead, and Revetment Improvements in conformity with the requirements contained herein the Proposal Documents.

*Please note that Davis-Bacon Act federal wage requirements apply.

A Pre-Bid meeting will be on Monday, April 6, 2026, at 1 p.m. at the George Island Landing Boat Ramp (eastern end of George Island Landing Road in Stockton, Maryland 21864). 

Worcester County is seeking Bids from qualified Vendors for the Glen Riddle Water Tank Rehabilitation in conformity with the requirements contained in the Bid Documents.

Please note the revised last date/time for questions will be Thursday, April 9, 2026, at noon.

Sealed Bid Documents are due no later than Thursday, April 16, 2026, at 2 p.m. and will be opened and read aloud in the Office of the County Commissioners, Worcester County Government Center – Room 1103, One West Market Street, Snow Hill, Maryland 21863.

Worcester County is seeking Bids from qualified Vendors for Chlorine Contact and Ground Storage Tank Inspections in conformity with the requirements contained in the Bid Documents.

A pre-bid conference will be held on Monday, April 13, 2026, at 2 p.m. at the Ocean Pines WWTP Ops Building at 1000 Shore Lane, Berlin, MD 21811 

The last date/time to submit questions for clarification will Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at noon.

Worcester County Local Management Board (LMB), is soliciting applications for theFY26 Amended Worcester County Reinvestment and Repair Grant Program. The Community Reinvestment and Repair Fund (CRRF), established by Maryland's Cannabis Reform Act of 2023, allocates 35% of adult-use cannabis tax revenue to local jurisdictions to support community initiatives benefiting low-income and disproportionately impacted communities. The Maryland Office of Social Equity guides state CRRF spending.

 The Worcester County Local Behavioral Health Authority (WCLBHA), seeks one (1) respite provider to deliver in-home and out-of-home respite care services for the purpose of supporting family caregivers of children and adolescents under the age of 18 years old. The Respite Care Program is to support the referral, access, and utilization of in home and out of home respite services for vendor(s)/respite provider(s) identified to serve children, adolescents, and families in three rural counties on the lower eastern shore: Somerset County, Wicomico County, and Worcester County.

Worcester County is seeking bids from qualified Vendors for Central Landfill Cell 1 Pump Station Upgrades in conformity with the requirements contained in the Bid Documents.

A pre-bid conference will be held on site at the Central Site Landfill
(7091 Central Site Lane, Newark, MD 21841) on April 9, 2026, at 10 a.m. 

The last date/time for questions will be April 21, 2026, at noon. 

Worcester County is seeking Proposals from qualified Vendors for the Worcester County Recreation Center – HVAC System Replacements project. This project consists of HVAC renovations and supporting electrical renovations to portions of the existing Worcester County Recreation Center in conformity with the requirements contained in the Bid Documents.

Worcester County is currently accepting bids for resurfacing the parking lot for theRecreation Center located at 6030 Public Landing Road, Snow Hill, Maryland in Worcester County to be completed before June 30, 2026, requiring Superpave 9.5mm Bituminous Concrete at 2” compacted depth for paving of roughly 6,950 square yards for the Maintenance Division of Public Works in conformity with the requirements contained in the Bid Documents.

Worcester County is currently accepting bids for resurfacing of the parking lot for the Public Works Administration Building located at 6113 Timmons Road, Snow Hill, Maryland in Worcester County to be completed before June 30, 2026 requiring Superpave 9.5mm Bituminous Concrete at 2” compacted depth for paving of roughly 2375 square yards for the Maintenance Division of Public Works in conformity with the requirements contained in the Bid Documents.
