Worcester County is seeking Proposals from qualified Vendors to design & complete renovations of both Men’s and Women’s Restroom facilities, concession stand upgrades, and roofing replacement at Northern Worcester Athletic Complex (NWAC).
Vendors are responsible for checking the County website for addenda prior to submitting their bids. Worcester County is not responsible for the content of any Proposal Document received through any third-party bid service. It is the sole responsibility of the vendor to ensure the completeness and accuracy of their Completed Proposal Documents.
A non-mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, at the Concessions Pavilion in the Northern Worcester Athletic Complex located at 9906 Buckingham Lane, Berlin, MD 21811 Berlin, MD 21811 (park at the far south-west parking area off Ball Park Drive).
The last date/time to submit questions for clarification will be noon on Monday, November 9, 2026.
Sealed Proposal Documents are due no later than Thursday, November 19, 2026, at 2 p.m. and will be opened and only vendor names will be read aloud in the Office of the County Commissioners, Worcester County Government Center – Room 1103, One West Market Street, Snow Hill, MD 21863.
Late Proposal Documents cannot be accepted.
Envelopes shall be marked “NWAC Pavilion Upgrades” in the lower left-hand corner.
Minority vendors are encouraged to compete for award of this solicitation.
